Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted
Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@emilyenjasontoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order

Our support team will provide you with the return address of our supplier

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days

The refund will be issued via your original payment method
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability

Emily & Jason Toronto is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing your order
